We work mainly in primary schools offering skipping workshops with a difference visiting all over the UK. We have developed  our own unique Skip2bfit Skipping Programme in a bid to help cut rising child obesity levels. This innovative national programme was designed to educate children about fitness and healthy eating, as well as improving their maths and computer literacy. We use specially designed skipping ropes in our skipping workshops which motivate children to skip and also help to intrinsically motivate children in all areas of the curriculum. To make the programme sustainable, after the skipping workshop we also provide our unique skip2bfit kitbag, providing teachers with all the resources they need to continue with the programme.  Skip2bfit has expanded since the original concept of working with children and schools  and is now available for adults, by way of corporate packages and family fitness packs, promoting healthy lifestyles and motivating in all areas of people's lifes. Because of this and in particular the Family Fitness pack skip2bfit has become a National Partner of the Change 4 Life movement leading the sub- brand   .
