The preparation process includes cutting, destoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic packing, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags.       Fresh Organic Mangoes are plucked using scientific methods and ripened naturally. Human handling is kept to the minimum. Fruits harvested from the trees at the right stage are collected in bins, transported to the ripening room and allowed to ripen naturally.Our mangoes are plucked early and allowed to mature the age-old way over hay in mud houses.       Due to the overwhelming response to our Fresh Organic Alphonso Man-goes, we are planning to grow a variety of other fruits and vegetables. These organic fruits and vegetable will contain high nutritional value because of the organic method of farming.     Organic Fruits & Vegetables Our Alphonso Mangoes are grown in our own farm in Dharmapuri District, Tamil Nadu. The mangoes are plucked using scientific methods and ripened naturally. All our fresh fruits are graded after ripening and inspected on International Standards. These are packaged in pallets or other packaging forms based on the customers' needs.
